that was one of things that my Maggie Wags was tested for, ( insect ) and
she tested positive to gnats, and you are right, those buggers
bite I also have a bad reaction to their bite, I swell up just
like a mosquito bite and it itches for days and days, they said
because of the warm winter that this was going to be a very bad year for insects
and so far they are right.</DIV>

<DIV>as for a yeast infection, when I first took my Maggie to the new vet
she was scratching her ears and shaking her head, the vet took a slab and
cultured it and it was yeast, she gave me a ear wash called </DIV>
<DIV>TrizUltra I use that once in the morning washing the ear canal, then
a half hour after washing out the ear canal I put in EnteDerm ear drops I
put those in twice a day every day for two weeks and she is fine, I
have had her ears checked twice now and she has no more yeast at all she is
doing good </DIV>
