He has one that you have seen, right? This is round 2 or 3 or 4 with this guy and the overriding words you have used are "confused", "panicked" and "uncertain".</font></font></div>

It could be malignant (needle aspirates are notoriously inaccurate, sorry to tell you that.) it could be a foreign body. It could a simply infection of some kind but instead of wasting two weeks why don't you have them give you your files and find someone who has a passing knowledge of dog's feet?</font></font></div>
