The news said that the basset hound is in stable condition at a local veterinary clinic, where he is awaiting surgery. </div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt; "><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt; ">But the other dog was unfortunately killed by the Police. And my impression over the whole thing is, if its a generalized breed of terriers called pitbull, its alright to kill them when they are misbehaving, owners can't control them, or if they are not wanted anymore.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt; "><br></span></div><div>When I read this news, I remember how my eldest beautiful Basset (RIP) before was always attacked by my other baby dog (which is a basset too). And another incident where a GSD suddenly run towards us
while me and my basset were walking. I closed shut my eyes then and even saw my life flashed before me. Opening my eyes, I surprisingly saw the "taller" dog just smelled my basset while my basset's tail did the helicopter.</div><div><br></div><div>I just wish the media would not always sensationalize over every misdeed this much misunderstood American dog they termed as Pitbull. The report said the basset was seriously injured but gave no further information. I'm not sure if this basset or their slave is a drooler, but any heal quick and safe
