About 2-3 weeks ago, I took her to vet and they put her on an antibiotic (for one problem) and then an antihistamine/medicated wipes for her possible allergies. My vet also scrapped her ear to check for parasites too, and nothing came up for that.

She has these little bumps on the inside of her one ear flap that are VERY itchy and it's red and sensitive. So by the end of the meds I thought we had everything cleared up. Not so.

Saturday I came home from a vet and a dentist appt. only to find that she was scratching so bad on both sides of her ears that she was red and a little bleeding on the top of her head by her ear. So now I look and BOTH ear flaps look like crap. Red, swollen, both with little bumps and now she starts chewing and licking her feet.

I gave her benadryl right away and that helped, but totally knocked her out and then I have been using the malakeb wipes on her ears 2x a day.

I just made my vet appt, got some a aveeno bath packets thinking maybe I will soak her in that tonight.

But has anyone had experience with ear flaps like this? and her skin in between her pads is also bumpy and red too. Aside from the benadryl, wipes and aveeno, is there something more I can do to help relieve her itchies? First appt I could get was Wedesday, so I want to keep her comfortable.

Thanks in a<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>dvance....I've been racking my brain on what could have caused this too.
