<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4 face="Comic Sans MS">I find any puppy has a
problem with nipping if they were taken away from their littermates at too early
of an age. The time they spend with their litter is very important for early
development and learning manners. When puppies play and bite each other during
play they learn biting hurts nipping hurts. I have heard one way to get then to
stop nipping is spread butter on your hand or arm and have them lick it off dogs
learn a lot through their tongues and mouths it teaches them your naked skin is
softer than their furry bodies. He is just nipping because he thinks it is part
of showing affection he does not know any better. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4 face="Comic Sans MS">Another thing make a
hissing noise like a snake every time he nips they hate the sound of snakes it
is inborn in them to stop anything they are doing when they hear a hiss. That is
why Ceasar Milan the dog whisperer hisses all the time. </FONT></DIV>

have found that nylabones help my young ones stop chewing so much they love
nylabones, the clear soft chewie ones are the best. Do not get one too large for
him or he will not like it. </FONT></DIV>
