Like Cooper, she’s not itching or scratching, and there’s been no change in diet, environment, or anything stressful. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’ve had bassets for more than 22 years, and this one is a new one for me.
