transparent; font-style: normal;"><span>lowla. she is the alpha bitch. of the world. lowla rules with a kind but firm paw. she watches over her flock & makes sure they are safe at the park. buster thinks he is in charge & they let him think that because he was the 1st but if push comes to shove it is miss thing. she defends the others in the pack..even the non-bassets. they can not be played with to rough or she is right there in the mix protecting them. took on a huge ridgeback who was playing with "her" ivy (a 100 lb pointer/st bernard girl who stays with us)..she thought ivy was in trouble so she read the ridgeback the riot act & made him cry.</span></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13.3333px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal;"><br><span></span></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13.3333px; font-family:
arial,helvetica,sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal;"><span>she struts across the park watching over the assorted members & little ones come to her (as well as the whole pack ) because they know it is a safe group..so what started as 3 bassets, then 2 more from friends, 1 more added in now has an eclectic mix of dogs in it. the best is when they all chase huskies or boxers because buster does. so as a group they charge across the field. the big, small , mixed & loud. if it is a real threat..lowla is right in front.</span></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13.3333px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal;"><br><span></span></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13.3333px; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal;"><span>but this same girl will slide over to a special
