<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The vet just called. The good news is that Snoopy's teeth are clean and he is awake.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>There is other news. We have been suspecting arthritus in his shoulder which I started giving him rimadyl for because he got a REALLY BAD limp. Well, a drooler told me about triple max joint powder so I started that and the limp went away. He hasn't needed rimadyl in a while now. And he has been playing and doing the basset 500 and charging around. Still, while he was under today the vet wanted to shoot a couple of Xray views to check everything out. He DOES have arthitus in the shoulder. The vet says to continue the triple max and give him rimadyl "as needed." My poor baby boy. The triple max powder is working great and he does NOT limp anymore. the vet says if we see a limp or he acts like it hurts give him rimadyl.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>And then the lump. On exam she told me it was a sebacious cyst and we could decide if we wanted to do anything about it next time we cleaned his teeth. It was pencil eraser size. Well, it got a bit bigger so I told her either drain it or remove it when you clean his teeth. She called me. She said the lump wasn't what she thought it was. Said it was black all the way through (not red and not angry). She said it came out easily enough and didn't appear to have any "linkages" growing back into him. But she didn't like the looks of it and wanted to send it out for pathology. She did say she thought it was out cleanly and should have clean margins if it came to that.</DIV>

<DIV>Oh Geez. Wish me and my sweet little boy in a basset suit luck please.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>thanks,</DIV>
