Andrew is ATB. The ER vet felt his belly and said there was a tumor and it felt like it was on the spleen. His gums were very pale and chilled, and at age 14+, there was no way I was going to put him through a surgery, since from all the signs, the tumor had ruptured. We did what was best and said our goodbye to him, through a lot of tears. <o:p></o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS";color:#76923C">We took Andrew in, just this past winter. His daddy died, and, as we so often see, none of the family wanted Andy. At that time, we were told he was 14. Andy is the most smooshiest hound we have ever had here. He was sweet, fit right in, never had a cross woof to any of the Bounders. Andy did have a hard time walking, the hind end did not want to work right. We had him through 2 rounds of cold laser treatment, and also on adequan shots to help, along with oral meds.
