While on leash (flexi), he saw a squirrel and took off. Hubby was on the other end of the leash. Squirrel jumped to a tree. Guinness tried to jump on the tree. Hmmmm. Bassets can't climb trees. It was hilarious. Guinness got even. Just before we got home he found a "snack" outside. I heard a crunch sound and yelled to "drop it". He wouldn't drop it and actually tried to run away with it. I grabbed him and reached into his mouth to pull out a small dead rodent. Leash on and to his crate! After repeated hand scrubbing, I wanted to stick my hands in bleach! (Couldn't find any so scrubbed again.).

I've got to get him to a new trainer.
Sent from my iPad
