Cindy Foxhaven from the Phillipines which is odd because I rarely hear from 

Cindy and the email was such broken English I knew right off it was a scam. I 

also thought to myself what would she have done with her Bassets, it made me 

laugh but I deleted it right away and my Virus scan detected a cookie attachment
