Once you understand kind of what she was like, hopefully the rest of my email will make some sense.I have to do this now, or I am going to forget...I wanted to send a post the moment I turned the Daily Drool Calendar page. Imagine when I saw the Houndette that has been a very bad influence on my Babers.......Babe got a lot from at least 2 Houndettes; The good she picked up from the late beloved Pw Blossom. The BAD that she got, she inherited from the habits of the late beloved Elder Clara. <br>
<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small">Debbie, thank you for sharing your precious, although sometimes cantankerous, Elder Clara with us. I found her apron, and her book the other day. I still have 2 of her note pads sitting near my couch. Every time my beautiful Babers attempts to BLOW up the house, or show Boomer and I what a gas chamber is like, I think of Clara. Babe almost killed me one day, after she learned how to produce the kind of exhaust that causes wallpaper to curl. The kind of silent but DEADLY noxious fumes that Brudder Elwood used to talk about, my dear daughter now takes pride in duplicating, and perfecting.<br>
<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small">I am in a wheelchair. I was going through the house one day in my power wheelchair. Just a usual day, nothing out of the ordinary. Except for one thing. As I rolled across the living room, I fell victim to an invisible, poisonous, and silent but DEADLY byproduct of something Babe ate. I had my hand pressed against the joystick on the flight deck of my chair as I rolled across the house. After the but bomb exploded, I couldn't move, tears came to my eyes, and I couldn't see.I dang near drove into the living room wall!! it was a sneak attack from a weapon that I did not know about.<br>
</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br>Boomer....STOP IT!@!!! Yes, I can, and YES, I will!! SOME of us miss and love her very much!! The fact that you and Brudder Elwood didn't care for her all of the time is not cause to say that she is not beloved and missed!! You be nice, ya bonehead.....because if Babers finds out you are out here dissin her mentor, you are going to get, as Elwood would say it....You are gonna get yer tailpipe KICKED!! Now, go on, ya long eared galoot, go find something to do. and BEHAVE yourself..........like THAT'S ever gonna happen........I think Boomer and Elwood must be brothers............<br>
<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small">So anyway, I had to write and tell you how much we miss her highness, and her stories.....It's amazing how a Basset Hound, or their owner, can have an influence on my life. A wonderful-Boomer...SHUT UP!!!- a wonderful, and true to the spirit of the OEBE Basset Houndette, or the people that she ordered around......could make such an impact on my life. <br>

Every Basset Hound, and everyone of you, are such a blessing to me. I don't write all the time, but each of you, and your precious Bassets, are important to me. How could one Basset Hound Puppy (I am NOT convinced that Boomer was ever a puppy). bring so many wonderful people; and the laughter, the tears, the memories, and the LOVE that I have had the blessing to experience from each of you? Thank you, each of you, for the Drool and Prayers that you have always shared with me. <br>
