Don't think it was you, Ann. I've discovered that if one types two spaces after the end of a period at the end of a sentence, most computers seem to convert the second space to a ? . Those of us who are over sixty were conscientiously trained on typewriters to ALWAYS type two spaces after a period at the end of a sentence on the typewriter (at risk of having to re type the whole document) back in the day. Times change. The computer, and especially the IPad--Which does not appreciate arthritic fingers--hates me. What can I say?).
