<div dir="ltr"><div>They started "a mini contest" shelter challenge today.  I voted for Basset Buddies from WI since they're next on our list...but it sounds like this is not the full blown challenge as we know it and there will only be a total of five winners. It looks like they're testing new voting technology...<br>
