<P>We are lucky here in Utah, we have dry cold and it isn't as bad. Not a one</P>

<P>has ever shown signs of being cold, even when we are in a snowstorm and wet. </P>

<P>They do not do as well if it is hot, and neither do I. </P>

<P>If it is too cold, they do walk funny, and I think it hurts their feet. The</P>

<P>20 degree rule is mainly because of the feet. All of mine do appreciate</P>

<P>very much being towel dried when they arrive home from a walk WET. </P>
