<DIV>Well, I got home from the hospital yesterday afternoon.  I am glad to 

be here and Ben was very happy to see me, very.  I am slowly 

recovering.  It does hurt yet, but that is to be expected when they cut 

your muscles and pull them apart.  The operation was a success and I should 

be able to eat what I want as long as I get 30 grams of fiber daily.  I 

still plan on staying away from seeds and nuts.  I no longer trust 

them.  Ben is being a good nurse as is Kathy.  Thanks for all the 

drool and prayers, it is working.</DIV>
