Chris does some reminders, but it should not be up to her. I think it is up to the group that is chosen to make sure they have someone do them, and do them often. I am not knocking the last group, but I never saw anything from them wanting votes, or reminding people to vote. I think the rescue that is chosen needs to take some accountability and do reminders and some advertising to get votes. The ones who have done so in the past have done much better.
