<DIV>Just wanted to say HAPPY NEW YEAR  to my drool family.  I found a 

basset I am interested in adopting from Looziana Basset Rescue.  Her name 

is LILA  and she is adorable !   hubby thinks it is way to early 

to even think about getting another hound.  we have Never adopted 

before  but I am pretty sure I don't want another puppy.  I spent the 

better part of two hours going thru every rescue I could think of 1,183 pics 

 and Lila was the only face I kept going back too,  4 times to be 

exact.  Not sure if Annie would be OK with another hound ????  she is 

a clingy mommy's girl and to be perfectly honest she really has had no interest 

in any other dogs,  she was only friendly and loving with her sister 

Maggie.  so how would I know ?????   not even sure how I would 

get  Lila up here from Louisiana ????????  what if she comes up here 

and Annie hates her ?  I have never done this before.</DIV>
