<DIV>My first Basset Lucy was a picky eater all of her life and boy did she have
her slaves trained, weekly, I said weekly, the feeding routine would
change, sometimes she wanted to be hand fed, sometimes she wanted
the food in a bowl, and sometimes a plate and when she wanted the plate she
would push it clear across the kitchen floor into the dining room and push all
the food off the plate on to our carpet and then she would eat it, sometimes she
would only eat for me and other times she wanted her daddy to spoon feed her, Oh
were we ever well trained, which brings up my next story, I get up
every morning with hubby, fix Annies food, we soak it, add her salmon oil, add
thyroid meds, I make coffee for hubby and I go back to bed, so this
morning, hubby goes to work early fencing and I get up and makes Annie's
breakfast, well she wouldn't eat , turned her head away, so I call hubby , did
she poo ? YEP was she sick ? nope, but she wont eat for
me, OHHHHHHH I forgot to tell you, you have to hand feed her
the first ( 4 ) bites and you have to say mmmmmmmmmgoood,!!! I felt
like I was in a Campbel'sl soup commercial ! really Bill ?????, oh
yes, we are well trained !</DIV>
