I do not think anyone there blamed the dog except the incredibly dim and vicious owner.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small">The office has never yet failed to work out a payment plan with someone whose animal was in peril so that I am positive something could have been arranged (especially back then) It was an horrendously cruel thing to do.
