<DIV>I have been owned by  Bassets since 1989, and I have never had a 

problem with doing nails. This new one, I am guessing has been dremeled or 

quicked. He will let you touch is feet, but NO trimming. Scared to death -as in 

panic mode. I hate to start having it done at the vets office, he loves 

them so far. They did a nice job when he was out for an x-ray, but I cant 

have him knocked out for toe bones! Any suggestions would be greatly 

appreciated. </DIV>
