<html><head></head><body><div class="yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Oh My dogness, I have had the most extraordinary week.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Last weekend I went for a long car journey and met lots and lots of other basset hounds. We all went for a lovely walk in a place called Ashdown Forest. It's where WInnie the Pooh and Piglet come from, but despite us all sniffing and snuffling, we didn't find them.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">On the way home, we took a detour to a very posh house, in a very posh street, in a very posh town. In this house lives a Scairedale (that's scared of me, you understand). His slave wanted to make sure we got on OK before some event. I had a good look around and it wasn't my fault that I didn't know dogs weren't allowed upstairs OR on her bed.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Then two little people came to my house. I loved them very much indeed, but after that a human puppy came. Oh, I was so excited, I thought he was the best thing ever and if he squeaked, I ran to tell The Woman and the puppy's mum.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The The Woman said "Today is very exciting, you are going to meet a Drool Auntie. SHe has come a very long way to meet you, so please be good". We went somewhere called a train station. Lots of people came past us and I wagged my tail at all of them. Then this woman came rushing up and she cuddled me and kissed me and snuggled me - then she said hello to the woman.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Well, I spent most of the evening on my Clueless Drool Auntie's lap. She was really lovely and she brought me special cookies which came from Snoopy.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Then I had a sleepover with my friends Dennis and Jeffery and then I went back to the very posh house with lots of people for a party and snagged a whole piece of cheese (and I forgot about the upstairs rule).</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Lots of Drool to everyone - Hi Auntie Clueless, Hi Snoopy and Chomper</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Hettie, with Sally, in the UK</div></div></body></html>
