<div>I started with VPI in 1999 and after years became unhappy after they were sold and most claims denied. I switched to PetsBest and have been with them since 2007. They have an app and I’ve been very happy. Submitting claims is easy. If I were to switch
I’d probably check out Pumpkin. It’s sounds like a good pet Insurance. I’m pretty happy with PetsBest though. </div>

Can anyone recommend a good pet insurance? We have had VIP now Nationwide<br>
for years and have always been happy with them.<br>
<br>
However. Lately they have been terrible and denying everything. Nellie has<br>
been treated for a kidney stone which was discovered when she had multiple<br>
UTIs. Since she has not had any in over half a year, our vet diagnoses<br>
kidney stone, rather than you UTI or cystitis. Every month or so she has an<br>
examination or ultrasound as the kidney stone is decreasing in size to a<br>
very small one due to the special food and probiotic. Nationwide denies<br>
every visit due to the fact that she had had a series of UTIs half a year<br>
ago and considers the kidney stone the same as a UTI; even though she has<br>
not been diagnosed with the UTI.<br>

Also she had an ear infection about 8 months ago and has had no more but<br>
they have excluded ear infections as well. It seems anything she may get<br>
they then exclude. I have sent in forms to review and our vet has sent in<br>
all her visit notes, as they requested, but nothing changes.<br>
<br>
I need to renew in December and I'm looking for a better pet insurance. I<br>
know certain exclusions will always exist but Nationwide has become<br>
impossible to deal with. Any suggestions will be welcome.<br>
