[Secretpawtner] Cake and Nudgie's first clue

Okay, this is it. Our annual, first and only Johnny Mathis clue. If our SP hunts it down, it is entirely solveable. After that we try and get hard. Abby did once bust us on the first clue...
Our secret pawtner was recently at a point equidistant between where Mr. Mathis' conductor went to   school and where he was then physically located. 
....and as an extra plus...Abby, it isn't you so you don't have to look!!
