[Secretpawtner] Question re rules

When we sign up we have to tell if we are going to be posting clues.  So when we get our pawtners name, are we told if the person who has us is not going to post?  The person I have has not posted any clues for her pawtner yet; and I haven't seen anyone that looks like my pawtner.  This is becoming a full time job just staying on top of the posts.  Discouraged in the high desert.  Ann, Lance, Arthur, Daisy & Lizzy.
