1. Your town was incorporated in 1850.
2. Your town's sister city is in the same nation that my husband's grandparents came from.
3. You should be getting a package sometime soon.
4. I wouldn't be happy in your state as there are no professional baseball or football teams there.  
5. Your state is the birthplace of a president.
6. The background of your state flag is my favorite color, which both my favorite sports teams have in common (think Chicago sports teams).

That should make up for my not posting clues the past couple of days
