The mailman one kept gnawing at me- but I really did not figure that out until today...

And the trick was that I only have three hounds.  Rosebud is a kitty!
 
One of the clues referenced the 70's song by the group "The Looking Glass" (they were one-hit wonders) called Brandy.  The chorus had the line "Brandy, you're a fine girl".  And you got the flying Elvises.  And yes, your mail carrier picked the Woofle winners and I was a winner!
