Are you my secret Pawtner ? You must be! After your last clue I started thinking (very dangerous), Cardinals are the state bird for OH, IL, IN, and KY and all three border IN. You've purchased from me on Hound's Bay, I have two Bassets and two wannabees, three boys and one grrrrl , we adopted Ralphie from LVBR , and Wendall visited with Auntie Dawn & Kaye last year in Vegas. My PC is down so I don't have the link to look up the archives so I don't know which state you live in....

Yeah Lynn- you guessed right!! I was afraid you weren't reading then you said you were catching up this weekend. Here is a recap of all our clues and how they fit you.

Geographic Clues- We share a common border state (Ohio) and bird (cardinal) each of our states has 4 syllables (byt I am in WV). I also gave a clue about watching a basketball game- reference to Hoosiers both the nickname and movie. I found out David Letterman is from IN so the clue about a Top 10 List. I asked if Bob the Dog or King George had been through your state since I think they both travel in RV's and your state has been called the "RV Capitol of the World". Other geo clues were the Pres visited Elkhart this winter (Feb) and IN is the "mother of vice-presidents" with 5 including Quayle. 

Personal Clues- You have 1 more basset and 1 more wannabe than me- yep since I have 1 each. I have 2 girls, you have 3 boys, 1 girl. I adopted a senior girl Janee from BROOD, you got a senior boy Ralphie from LVBR,
I saw pictures of Wendall with your dogs I think on their dogster or else in archives, a few years ago I got a red bead bookmark from you off Houndsbay but I have had it hanging over my rearview mirror in my car for years and my favorite clue- one of your dogs has the same name as my favorite Christmas movie character (Ralphie from a Christmas Story)
