[Secretpawtner] Sign-ups start Saturday, August 1!

It's secret pawtner time again!  Sign-ups start Saturday, August 1
and end Friday, August 7th.  Go to the web site listed at the end
of this post and send your information to me at dlindy at mac.com

A few reminders:

Please make secret pawtner about your pawtner and not about
you - it's so much more fun that way.  Secret pawtner is one of
the highlights of being a Drooler so put your energies into having
fun with your pawtner's package and clues.  Doing something
special for someone else can be so uplifting.

Deadlines for MAILING packages is August 21 for out of the
country packages and August 28 for all others.  If you can't
meet that deadline, then please don't sign up.  In most cases,
late packages are disappointing, inconsiderate and unfair to
your pawtner.

If you have a situation that could interfere with your ability
to participate, please plan ahead NOW and have a back up
plan should you run into a problem.  This could be family
illness, travel or something unexpected.  Rescues can help
or get a Drool buddy to help you out.

Please don't sign up to do clues if you have no intention
of doing clues.  The "no clues" exchange is for those who
don't have time or the inclination to do clues.
