[Secretpawtner] Guess and Request

We live in New Jersey, which is Southeast of North Dakota.  I have a male and a female basset too.  I guess that Fred could sound like the name of a chubby guy, and there was a pig on the Muppets named Annie (I Googled it!)...Candy Dusek, are you our Secret Pawtner??

I have a request:  If everyone could post a recap of their previous clues when they post a new one, it makes life MUCH easier for the guessers!!!
