Clue #10---Dear SP, you should guess me this time.  You used to live  
in one of the boarding states
mentioned in clue #6.    Who am I???

Secretpawtner, clue #1.......You have twice as many basset hounds as I
do.
Clue #2---your hounds love ice cubes, just like mine do.
Clue #3---Okay, I could deliver your package faster than the USPS can  
deliver it.It will take at least one day to get there, however I could  
be there in about one and half hours.
Clue #4---You live in the largest city in your state.
Clue #5---Okay SP, you have four major rivers in your state.
Clue #6---Your state has 6 boarding states
Clue #7---Tour state has one major lake.
Clue #8---your hounds remind me of spring.
Clue #9---You have not posted many clues for your SP, now that's a  
clue for you.  I'm guessing that you get up early for work and go to  
bed very early.
