Hey, I think I've got it.  It's the last clue - Geoffry Chaucer and all that high brow stuff.  None of your other clues rang true with Raymond and me, but Canterbury Tales did the trick - I think!!!! Oh Pampered Pets, are you my SP?  Raymond is excited and the visiting beagle (Sascha) and bagel (Susie) are excited, also. I hope you'll "clue me in" as to whether I'm right!  Looking forward to hearing from you.
 
Now, I'm hoping my Secret Pawtner for whom I've created 4 clues, and who will be receiving a surprise this week from us will be savvy to whom we are!
