Got two packages today, but I still can't guess!  Great basset sign,  "woof 
is me" and a holder for leashes, keys, all that stuff you need for  
walkies!  Thank you, whoever you are.  Now, please, a clue I can  get.  Maybe I 
missed something--I thought I guessed everyone whose clues  possibly applied to 
us.  
 
Carolyn, here were the clues:
 
1. we have the same number of furry feet, not bassets...i have one  more 
basset than you  I have two bassets, you have one and a  wannabee, that i 
think is not a dog.
2. one time zone off--you are  ahead (east of us) we're in ny, you're on 
atlantic time.
3.  you location would be convenient for a bagel (HINT it has something to 
do with  LOX) nova scotia--known for and the name of the best lox, which 
goes  with bagels.
4. i could drive there but it would take more than the  daylight hours; it  
is less than 1000 miles.  per  mapquest, west hempstead ny to you
5. i could get there by car, by  plane, 
probably by bus...not sure about train...but there's a more fun way  that  
involves water.  
ferry or cruise ship
6. if i bought something for a dollar at a store near you, and gave them my 
 dollar bill, they might give me four cents change. exchange rate was  
96cents Canadian to 1.00 US when i looked it up
