Dearest Janet and Twinkie, 

Penny Lynn here, writin' fur da sinusy mom to say "THANK YOU!!! THANK
YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!" DaMom says we done hit da Mother Lode (whadebber
that be!) with our secret pawtners this year!! Firstest and foremost
(since moi is writin' this) moi got a cow ear (ahem--consumed already!),
some beef puffs and Texas Taffy beefie jerkies fur houndies!!! Yum,
yum!!!!! Moi sniffed ebberything in daBox and pronounced it AWESOME!!
daMom got a plaid potholder with appliqued (she had to help moi with that
one) bassie, a Slobber Shoppe pen and nail file in a new basset design
what she don't have already, a "darling" (her word!!) bassie pin in a
greeting card, a "woof" and "bone" kitchen towel (what wayyy too nice to
use!), a CD with a paper pieced basset pattern (for her quilting habit),
and last, but definitely NOT least--a print of an actual watercolor
painting signed by the artist DJ Rogers of a basset on the beach with a
lighthouse in the background to remind us of our wonderful new furends in
Mishgun!!!! Moi and daMom just overwhelmed and love eberything!!! Thank
you soooo much!!!! 

Dis our faborite time ob year. We make so many new furends and learn
about other areas ob daCountry or World!!! Thanks to Auntie Donna for
doin' this ebery year!
