1. Conrad's picture appears both on the PBF website and I remember voting for him for a senior houndie fundraiser.
2. If you gave your hounds last names, they might be Daisy Buchanon (from the Great Gatsby), Arthur Conan Doyle (writer of Sherlock Holme's tales), Lance Armstrong (bicyclist par excellence), Lacy Dalton (country and western singer), and Conrad Hilton (hotelier).
3. Your town is nicknamed "River City" because two rivers join there in Grand Junction.
4. Your town is 15th most populous in Colorado, but the largest city west of the rockies in Colorado.
Congratulations. And I had more clues too--having to do with the beautiful sculpture you commissioned which benefited CBHR, and last names for the kitties too--Abby Van Buren (advice columnist), Oscar Wilde (playwright), Robin Williams (actor) and Tammy Wynette (singer).
