Hi Kathy!
 
  This is Mary and my hooligan hounds writing from Wisconsin. Is there any chance we might be your secret pawtner?
 
 Kindergarten was first started in Watertown, Wisconsin.
 
 The Wisconsin State fair is going on right now and I have already been there twice! In fact today is "Dog Wedding Day" in one of the pavillions! What will they think of next?
 
 We have a Nuclear energy plant near us at Two Rivers.
 
 It is a very fun State. We have lots and lots of waterways and ponds and lakes very close to my house.
 
 Even my road is Carstens Lake Road!
 
 I have a feeling your husband must have a good German surname?
 
I know there are many a drooler in Wisconsin , but I have only one other possibility if it is not you and I have'nt seen any clues posted in several days.
 We're keeping paws and fingers crossed but if not...we'll keep on reading and guessing!
