This is us. This has to be us.  We've been away for two weeks.  We are two 
bassets, a c at t, we live on the west coast, our street is Alyssum and I write 
books. 


"Dear Secret pawtner, I have not been seeing you making any  guesses, I hope 
everything is fine with you.   You have 2 houndies,  plus a _c at t_ 
(mailto:c at t) , you live on the west  coast., your street name is a flower.  How 
is 

this for a clue, National  Geographic ran a picture of a migrant worker and 
her children, cira 1936, from  your town.  I am not sure if it was National 
Geographic, but I do think  so.  Does any of this ring a bell?Also books, you 
like books.  I  just checked your weather on the Weather Channel and it 
seems you will have  great weather for the next 10 days, lots of sun and temps 
in the  70's..
