We have quite a few things in common, you and I
such as lurking and reading and some writing on the side

It seems we share similar interests in other ways as well
Though mine was a college course
and yours a basset, but would work for a horse.

I recently moved, to a new town and home
which gives me right about 2000 miles to roam
to get to you and your animal home
just under and just over depends on the roads.
