Clue #3 - your town was incorporated on March 10, 1864

and,

the new Clue #4 -
  From our house to your house is 2,473 miles if we take I-80E; 2,515 miles
if we take I-70E and 2,559 miles if we take I-40E.  That clue should take
you right to our front door.
