I did not get my SP name, so I contacted Donna who said she had sent a couple of e-mails with the info. I found out the reason I never got the e-mails was because Donna (and a lot of other people) were on my blocked senders list. How they got there I have no idea, because I have NEVER blocked anyone. The problem is now corrected. Thanks Donna, for all you do.
