Why yes Marilyn, you ARE our Secret Pawtner.  You were right on the reasoning behind some of the clues but we had other reasons for other clues.
 
1) Our Secret Pawtner is a VERY TOUGH Competitor:  You are a VERY TOUGH competitor and always give me a run for my money when raising funds at the MBR Waddle.
 
2) Our Secret Pawtner is from a RED State:On this one you are from a RED State because of OHIO STATE, that school down south that my Wolverines play.
 
3) Something about our Secret Pawtner reminds us of a famous duel where the competitor named was killed by the then Vice President: Again you were right here Alexander Hamilton (your street) was killed by Aaron Burr the THEN Vice President.
 4) Could some of your favorite movies be Gone With The Wind and The Adventures Of Robin Hood??:  GWTW and The Adventures Of Robin Hood both had Olivia (one of your hounds) de Haviland in them.
5) We're not sure but does our Secret Pawtner receive flowers for Secretaries Week??:  I remember this year you were not able to attend our Waddle due to a commitment at work which led me to believe you MAY be a Legal Secretary. 6) An actresses that played in both the movies in clue #4 has had a lifelong feud with her actress sister:  Again a reference to Olivia de Haviland and her sister Joan Fontaine ( I learned this through my research for you). 7) We have helped you up when you were down:  You once fell at the MBR Waddle and we helped you to your feet again. 8) We have seen our Secret Pawtner give clues but not guess yet:  Until now you had given clues ONCE and had not guessed till NOW. 9) We have sniffed your hounds:  MANY TIMES over the years when you came to Michigan. Your gifts will be on their way shortly.  We hope you enjoy them. Daisey Mae, Barney and Mollie Mae........oh Dad too
