[Secretpawtner] Help!

I've been carefully searching each digest...and weighing all clues which
might fit us and made several WRONG guesses, to no avail.  We live in the
east not far from an ocean and the largest lake in the state, have a
singular hound and a wannabe, our governor is a presidential hopeful, but
our zipcode adds up to 26 and has NO letters...sigh.  Either my SP is not
giving clues or I am as clueless as a box of rocks!

HELP...one really EASY clue, please!
