Well Jamie, some clues fit:

#1 Two of your hounds are as old as my oldest hound. I have a shih tzu who is as old as your oldest hound. (not sure but I do have senior hounds so this could fit)



#2 We have more than 10, but less than 20, FB friends in common. (we have 11 mutual friends)



#3 From my FB stalking... It appears that I went to college about 3 and a half driving hours North of where your favorite professional football team plays. This wouldn't seem like such a big deal, but your team is from somewhere about as North as most people are willing to travel. (Green Bay Packers so being much further north is really north)  This was the first clue that put you on my list of possibles



#4 If you take the road less traveled, it would take you about two hours to get from where you live to someplace significantly tied to my family... at least to my ancestors. (have absolutely no clue about this clue)



#5  One of your hounds shares a name with a George Romero film... and it's not "Martin" (BRUISER!) Was pretty sure at this point but saw this one after clue #6



#6  On the first episode of season 29 of Mister Roger's Neighborhood (Noisy and Quiet) in February of 1999, Mr. Rogers visited a group of people with whom you'd feel right at home. (I ring handbells)
