<div dir="ltr">Mommy was rushing out of work today and it seemed like she was never going to get out to run the post office. <br>She tried yesterday but they said the box was still with the mail lady. So she ran home got the little card and went there first BEFORE going to VOTE at the primaries (her priorities were right in order huh? lol) <br>
<br>Well there they were 2 boxes...one for our SP that mommy will be mailing out as soon as she gets one more thing together. Then our SP box from Johanna and Lucy and Susie! The man at the counter said...."you have a basset" mommy said "sure do!!" and explained the secret pawtner giftie deal and he said how cool she had a basset and how fun the SP deal sounded. Mommy told him she would be visiting again to mail off her SP's box soon. <br>
<br>So then she went to vote with daddy..luckily no line!<br><br>She got home and I was biting at her skirt and doing this bucking bronco dance that I do when I know she habs sum cool fings for me and us! Then me kept smelling the box! She opened up the box and there it was... a cute card with a basset on a book case! Then she saw the basset picture frame and I sniffed it and she told me my picture is going in there! Den she showed me my froggie stuffed toy with an extra squeeker becaues I tend to wear them out hehe and the bucking bronco dance started up! She took the tags off and I jumped up on her lap and she threw it and the squeeking started! Den she got up to show me the other toy that looked like a weird tennis ball and me could hold it and run fast! But she saw me on the floor rolling with my froggie! She said that froggie is safe not like the ones in the backyard! So I continued rolling around on the floor with my froggie. Den she saw that there was a book...called "the last basselope" So I am ready for my bedtime story tonight and she sed we can habs cookies and soymilk for her! Then below that an issue of DogFancy with a basset on the cover! Oh my oh my ebberyone is so happy tonight! <br>
<br>We want to thank you Johannamama, Lucy and Susie for the wonderful SP gifts! You made our day great after mommy had a hard day at work! She is so excited she thinks she going to go outside and AHROooOooOOOoo!!!!<br>
