In response to the reply to my original posting
regarding the Vancouver Basset Walk:

I suppose I should have clarified that those of us
meeting at Prospect Point on May 5th ARE NOT claiming
to be associated with the Basset Club of BC, or any
other "organization".  We are just a bunch of basset
slaves who get together weekly to go for a group walk
with our bassets.  Basically, this week we thought
we'd do our walk in Stanley Park because people miss
the annual official walk there.  Simple as that. 
Guess I made an error in posting this here, as I
didn't realize it would be an issue.
