[Dailydrool] pet bereavement groups?

Has anyone had any experience with pet bereavement groups?
 
I had seen a sign for one at Blueberry's hospital.  I've thought  about it 
since then, and wondered what they do, and if they help.
 
It's been over two months since she died, and I keep waiting for the grief  
to lessen.  But sometimes it crashes over me like a wave and I feel like  I'm 
drowning.
 
I don't know how the group could help.  I don't think I could talk  about 
her, and I'm not sure I could bear hearing others talk about their lost  babies.  
But if it's helped anyone out there, maybe I should try.
