Heather!  if that neighbor knows who took the cat and knows the  approximate 
neighborhood, start banging on doors! if you can pin it down to the  lady he 
talked to, take a deputy to meet you at that house and go after your  cat! dont 
count on her ever letting that cat out so she can run again, she wont  do it. 
she will hide it from her own neighbors now. i pray you can find her, you  do 
have some leads to follow.  hopefully this will work out for you.. Sue  and 
Daisy/Colorado
