[Dailydrool] New Basset Owner

Ahh I love reading about the things that new basset slaves write about. I
often forget what it was like to pee without a basset at my feet. In fact it
feels rather odd in public restrooms or at other people's homes to have a
bathroom compeltely to myself. Same goes for the shower. Rupert rest his
head on the tub watching me, (any non basset owner would find this so weird)
and Cowboy butts in when I'm getting out to help lick the water off my legs.
He then repeats after lotion is applied.

The grossest has been this week because my legs got really sunburnt after
river rafting and I'm now in the peeling stage. I've been frequently
applying lotion which Cowboy then takes as an invitation to lick off. I kept
telling him "eww stop licking, you're gonna eat my skin" I know, totally
gross but then again I end up eating his hair in my food so
whatever...besides he eats grosser things like Rupert's eye boogers. And
even his own....

now officially grossing myself out,
