[Dailydrool] Foster Basset Assistance Needed...

Hi Everyone!

Oscar the Basset Hound (1 year old) is a foster basset that joined my
household about a week ago. I currently own Maxine the 7 year old Basset
Hound and Piper the 3 year old mini-schnauzer.  Oscar is VERY sweet, but
still in that puppy stage where he constantly wants to play, play, play
with Piper and Maxine.  For the most part, Maxine will growl at him if
he bothers her too much, but he refuses to leave Piper alone.  He nips
at her heels,tries to "eat her head, and her fur is very yucky from all
the drool from Oscar. He is neutered, but has made several attempts to
show his dominance by "humping" Piper and sometimes, Maxine.  Is it a
good idea to get a spray bottle filled with water and spray Oscar's face
when he gets too out of control?  Any advice is appreciated!  Thanks!
