Our first dog, a Chinook, would come home from kenneling and no longer
be house broken for a few days--always during really hot, muggy
weather.  It seems the kennel was air conditioned.  Why bother to go
outside into hot & humid air if you don't have to?    After a few days
of re-housebreaking she would be fine.  And yes, it may be necessary
to have her checked for a UTI.  Food for thought (and what basset
doesn't like food?!?)
